By accessing or using the site and enrolling in any of our specialised courses on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation, or professional management of television and streaming productions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or register for courses. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and momentiko under the laws of England and Wales. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and Permitted Use

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You have the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution schemes approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last Updated
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
